What do I talk about?
What you talk about is purely up to you, but we suggest something that has significant meaning and importance and something that can be passed down through the generations. For Example, how you met your spouse.
How many people can be in the video?
That is also entirely up to you. This is your time, we will just be there to record it, so you choose.
Where do we record?
We will record you where you feel most comfortable. We suggest your home and somewhere quiet. However, you can choose the location.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept personal checks, cashier's checks, money orders, and payment through paypal.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds, however, we will work with you until the video is just what you want!
How long will it take for my completed order to return?
After we finished our taping, you should expect to receive your completed order in 1 week.
Can I order additonal copies of my DVD?
Yes you can! With the original shipment, you can order additional copies at $5.00 per DVD. If you order additonal copies after the original shipment, it will cost $7.50 per DVD.
How long will you keep a copy of my DVD slideshow?
We will keep a copy of your DVD slideshow for one year.
Will your DVD's play on my DVD player?
Most DVD players will play our DVD's. We use a DVD+R. If you go here http://www.videohelp.com/dvdplayers you can type in the brand and model name of your DVD player in the search player field. Click on 'Search'. Find your DVD player's exact info and it will list the compatible media types (DVD+R, DVD-R or both).
Will all my original materials be returned to me?
YES!! All of your original materials will be returned to you. We know how worried you must be about your precious memories, so please know we take great care of your materials while they are in our care. Please be aware when the materials are out of our hands, accidents can happen. You have to sign our waiver stating ADP will not be responsible for any damage during shipping.
How do I receive a military discount?
You will need to mail, email, or fax us a copy of your military ID with your name on it. Then you will receive a 10% discount off of the total price. Feel free to black out your social security number.
